Open hours are from 8.30 4.30 so you will need to be available for rostered start times of 7.45 8 0r 8.30 between Monday Friday and available to work until 5pm.
As a Medical Receptionist (Griffiths title for this role as per the Position Description is Student Services Officer) you will be first point of contact for clients external agencies and employees who use our services.
In this position you will work collaboratively with colleagues across Health & Medical Services Counselling & Wellbeing Services Disability & Accessibility Services Chaplaincy Services and with visiting health practitioners.
Your responsibilities will include:
It is essential you be and remain vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment: measles mumps rubella varicella (chicken pox) pertussis (whooping cough) and hepatitis B. It is also essential you have Medical Reception experience.
What we can offer
The full-time base salary is HEW Level 4 $73623 - $% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $86139 - $90886 per annum. (This position is Pro Rata at 0.6 FTE 3 days per week) You will be based at either Nathan or Gold Coast campus and across campus travel may be required at all times.
About you
Demonstrated experience as a Medical Receptionist working in a clinical / medical environment is essential.
Qualifications :
A blue card is required in this position so either you need to have a blue card or be comfortable with obtaining a Blue Card (Griffith University will cover these costs).
