Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity in our kitchen brigade for a passionate Commis Chef wishing to expand their culinary horizons. You will bring your passion for food and skills to surprise and delight our guests throughout the dinning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wonderful culinary experience to all guests
- Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards
- Be familiar with the other kitchen sections promoting flexibility and productivity.
Qualifications :
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements ideally you also have:
- A passion for delivering a wonderful culinary experience to our guests
- Previous experience in a similar role or currently studing culinary
- Must hold a NZ Food Safety certificate or the ability to obtain one
- Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts including late nights early mornings public holidays and weekends
