We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Analyst to maximize our organizations revenue and profitability through strategic pricing and inventory management in Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory across all channels.
- Analyze market trends competitor pricing and demand patterns to make data-driven decisions and forecast demand.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to align revenue management goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on revenue performance for senior management.
- Manage and optimize distribution channels to ensure maximum visibility and profitability.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in revenue management.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field is mandatory; a Masters degree is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of extensive experience in revenue management with a strong preference for expertise in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in revenue management systems advanced data analysis tools and complex financial modelling.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with a proven track record of interpreting intricate data sets and making strategic high-impact decisions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sophisticated pricing strategies advanced forecasting techniques and in-depth market analysis.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations.
- Substantial verifiable experience in yield management and implementation of dynamic pricing strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; expertise in business intelligence tools.
- In-depth understanding of distribution channels and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and consistently meet critical deadlines.
- Strong leadership acumen with a proven history of mentoring and developing high-performing team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to think innovatively to overcome complex challenges.
- Fluency in English is essential or knowledge of other languages is a valuable asset.
- Willingness and ability to work non-standard hours including weekends and holidays as dictated by business needs.
