Job Title: Field Service Coordinator
Location: Omaha NE (Hybrid After Training)
Salary: $55000 $76000 per year Bonus
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
Were hiring a Field Service Coordinator to support service operations across the Americas. Youll manage project logistics customer communication job quotes and scheduling helping ensure on-time quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for service technicians and subcontractors.

Prepare and follow up on quotes orders and service documentation

Communicate with customers by phone and email

Track project progress and maintain records in CRM

Process purchase orders job sheets and invoices
Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Background in construction plumbing HVAC or service coordination is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

CRM and blueprint-reading experience is a plus.
