Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining organization of the Maintenance Department through effective supervision of personnel. The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership direction and education to the crafts programs and policies and procedures. The position is responsible for enforcing company plant and department policies enforcing safety and sanitation hygiene rules providing education and cross-training resources supervising administration for departmental personnel and other managerial tasks as needed.

Uphold all safety and sanitation procedures of the plant
Educate employees on craft-specifics providing training as needed
Manage all administrative details for personnel including time off requests paperwork training supplies and more
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Skills that will make you successful
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Experience with maintenance management systems and computer software a plus - Maximo SAP and Redzone experience a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills
Solid oral and written communication skills
Experiences that will support your success
3-5 years of Industrial Maintenance Management experience required
HS Diploma or GED and a 2 year Associates Degree in Technical field required
Experience leading a team of employees with varying levels of experience
Understanding of plant/manufacturing maintenance - Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and procedures
