Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL) a Planned Systems International (PSI) company is hiring for a Analytical Service Administrator in Richland WA.
This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland WA and operates manages and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering Inc. (Oak Ridge TN) and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg MD).
Performs a variety of specialized administrative tasks in support of management and staff in the Analytical Services Organization. Performs a variety of tasks to include but not limited to creating and/or updating spreadsheets tracking and monitoring data preparing reports and presentations updating internal databases/web sites and maintaining electronic and/or hardcopy files. Responds to inquiries from internal and external contacts regarding general business operations policies and/or procedures. Maintains sensitivity of confidential business or personal information.
High school diploma and 8 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
Working knowledge of commonly used computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent customer service and organization skills.
Detail-oriented.
High school diploma and 9 to 10 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education training and experience.
Working knowledge of internal software and/or internal organization business systems.
Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Working knowledge in the use of related business systems and software.

Grade 7: $58825 - $74175
The grade level offered to the selected candidate will be based on business needs and the candidates education training and/or relevant experience.
