Overview
Nelson Mullins is looking to add anIntellectual Property Associateto its Intellectual Property team. As an AmLaw100 firm this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing team

We Know You
You havetwo to four yearsof meaningful experience in patent preparation and prosecution; due diligence experience is a plus. You possess a mechanical electrical chemical or similar engineering degree or computer science degree. You are admitted in good standing to a state Bar where Nelson Mullins has an office and are admitted to the USPTO.
At Nelson Mullins we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience skills and location. In addition to base pay employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare retirement plans and paid time off.
- In Minnesota the salary/wage range is$210000 - $245000 annually.
