Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties Include:Construction zone set up/tear down including traffic cones and signs to direct/divert and overseeing traffic control operations and lane/road closures while maintaining compliance with local state and federal rules and vehicle pedestrian and construction traffic safely through construction work zones using a two-way radio and Stop/Slow all duties at the job site based on site plan and contractor directions without direct Include:High school graduate or GED preferred but not required. Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skillsAbility to read and write good eye-hand coordination and the ability to quickly respond appropriately to unexpected and VALID drivers have reliable to work any shift and/or weekendsStand 8-12 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs. and work in all types of weather -employment drug -toe or composite toe boots are required and must be above the experience and ATSSA Certification preferred but not required. Schedule:Monday to FridaySaturdays as neededMedical Dental and Vision available after 90 days. Pay starts at $16.50/hr. with quarterly raises. Candidates with 2 yrs experience with ATSSA certification may start at $17.00Year-round work with overtime opportunitiesCompany vehicle is provided to travel from the office to and from work time to job site and back to office is hours are Monday through Friday call to schedule an interview.
