We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Alamo TN location. This role offers the chance to supervise a dedicated group of maintenance employees ensuring optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery. How Youll Make an Impact
Plan and schedule maintenance activities coordinating with operations quality safety and engineering teams.
Engage and support a technical workforce solving problems rapidly and implementing sustainable solutions.
Communicate effectively across all organizational levels about safety quality productivity and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead the training and development of your team ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed for success.
Drive continuous improvement in maintenance parameters such as asset utilization and work order completion.
Participate in budgeting processes labor planning and managing inventory of critical parts and tools.
Enforce and maintain the company safety program conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment educating personnel on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Your Background
Bachelors degree plus 3 years of maintenance supervisor experience OR
Associates degree plus 4 years of maintenance supervisor experience OR
High School Diploma or GED plus 6 years of maintenance supervisor experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Experience with high-performance work groups and continuous improvement systems
