Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Order Management & Contracts Specialist to support our clients onsite operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP (Sales & Distribution module - SD) Contracts Management SAP RRB (Resource-Related Billing) Pricing Order Management Delivery Shipment and Billing. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end order processing and contract execution.
SAP Order Management & Contracts Specialist
Lead and manage SAP S4 projects and daily business requirements for OTC track.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts technical leads and end-users.
Follow SAP Activate Methodology and deliverables.
Ensure project milestones are met within agreed upon timelines and budget.
Address potential risks and issues offering effective resolutions.
Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders ensuring effective communication throughout the multiple business areas.
Ensure deliverables are aligned with business requirements and company standards.
Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
At least 6-10 years of SAP experience in Sales and Distribution/Order to Cash.
Minimum 1-2 full life-cycle implementation experience.
Good overview of Order to Cash processes in SAP S/4 and its peripheric integration (CRM Document management Finance Logistics and warehousing)
Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP Order to Cash processes (CRM integration Order to Billing Pricing Customer Master Data RRB (Resource Related Billing)
Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
Open to travel as part of the clients needs. Up to 25% Travel may be required as per need.
Motivated persistent eager to optimize drive for excellence
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelors degree in business IT or a related field.
SAP Activate Methodology experience.
Exceptional leadership organizational team management and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication client facing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred:
Strong knowledge of Contract Management SAP RRB Pricing and Invoice Processing.
Relevant Associated SAP Certifications
Experience with Rollouts and Support.
Project Management methodology Agile Waterfall Activate etc.
