Job Description
This is a full-time role. The following are necessary to be successful in this position:
- License to practice law in good standing (or able to obtain in short order)
- Litigation experience (complaints motions discovery/interrogatories). Note: Many of our cases deal with standard litigation issues (standing jurisdiction discovery) so tax topic expertise (while welcome!) is not a requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to the mission of defending taxpayers
- Salary range of $145000 to $175000 per year depending on experience.
- Highly flexible work environment. This role is approved for remote work or for in-person (at least two days per week) in our Washington DC office recognized as a great place to work by Washingtonian Magazine.
