Job Description:
- Provide legal advice oncorporate and real estate tax matters.
- Work acrossmultiple practice areas including M&A and nonprofit tax law.
- Offertax planning compliance and strategyfor diverse client needs.
- Handletax implicationsfor transactions and audits.
- Supportfirm growththrough collaboration and client engagement.
- Potential forSenior Associate or Partnertrack based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD)andbar admissionin relevant state(s).
- 5 years(Senior Associate) or10 years(Partner) in tax law.
- Expertise incorporate real estate ORM&Atax.
- Experience withnonprofit tax lawpreferred.
