Administrative Shift
Job Description: Under general direction has overall responsibility for a program or project of limited scope.
Responsibilities and/or requirements:
- Preparation of syringes/vials with cosmetic particle or solution defects used for developmental studies equipment characterization training activities and commercial equipment setup.
- Skills on laboratory equipment and instruments such as micrometer caliper microscope and analytical balance.
- Excellent creative manual skills and mindset to develop and create defects in glass and polymer surfaces.
- Develop new introduce or improve defect creation methods into the laboratory.
- Under general direction has overall responsibility of a project of limited scope.
- Demonstrate skills in the evaluation of primary container defective conditions.
- Create documents based on technical reports or assessments.
- Knowledge in aseptic techniques.
- Knowledge in 5S and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Knowledge in Visual Manual Inspection Techniques.
- Ability to motivate and/or support the activities of others.
- Innovative and out of the box thinking to develop knowledge to create cosmetic defects on vials and syringes.
- Organized have multi-task project experience and be able to communicate and work well with other departments.
- Be able to work in fast environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with internal and external customers.

- Advanced laboratory work skills

Education:
- Masters degree & 3 years of directly related experience
- or Bachelors degree & 5 years of directly related experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
