We will count on you to:
Maintain banking platforms and users to ensure compliance with corporate policies with focus on segregation of duties
Record and monitor access to multiple banking platforms and users
Conduct quarterly audit for all banking platforms
Continuously improve processes and procedures
Cooperate with country controllers in all daily inquiries
Prepare ad hoc analysis of various types of financial information utilizing operational and financial analytics as appropriate for the situation
Assist with auditors and audit requirements and SOX testing
Contact with bank to clarify queries
Analyze and resolve issues
Skills and competencies required:
Problem solving - resolving queries and engaging with stakeholders across the business investigating and resolving exception items in a timely manner
Teamwork - supporting the team and collaborating with others to achieve departmental goals
Communication - excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
Changing & improving - identifying areas for improvement and leading process improvement efforts in line with global processes
Analytical thinking- ability to systematically break down complex problems assess data recognize relationships and solve problems effectively
What you need to have:
At least 1-2 years of experience preferably within a large SSC / BPO environment
University degree (BA MA)
Good command of English
Client-focus and proactive approach
Can-do attitude
