SENIOR CENTRAL CONTRACT COORDINATOR CSS PROCUREMENT POZNA
Role overview
Central Contract Coordination Team is all about performing procurement operational activities. This team currently made of 10 experts is focused on supporting and coordinating purchase contracts and materials maintenance for 16 markets belonging to Carlsberg Group.
What youll be doing
Supporting Global Category Managers for providing accurate data necessary for maintaining the system
Managing and maintenance of category pricelist files
Providing to necessary data for purchasing contracts maintenance and master data creation
Dealing with price discrepancies on suppliers invoices
Responsible for purchasing contracts & materials creation process in systems
Maintaining & ensuring that the governance for purchasing contract & master data maintenance is applied
Building a strong wide network and relations with colleagues
Taking initiative and additional tasks to increase team effectiveness and sense of community
Solving non-standard requests and driving the meetings
Driving critical Team/outside Team projects or initiatives
Supporting/replacing Team Leader when needed
What were looking for
We are looking for a person who:
Has University degree
Min. 4 years of professional experience (in SSCBPO environment or in Procurement)
Has very good command of written and spoken English (B2 or C1)
Has advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Is familiar with SAP system (SKP CORA will be an asset)
Has worked in and enjoys working in a diverse international environment
Demonstrates natural communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
Demonstrates analytical skills is able to think critically and shows assertive attitude
Is inquisitive and diligent and has ability to read between the lines
