The Opportunity:
As aCreative Developer you bring ideas to life. Working as part of the Creative Technology team you prototype tools build experimental features and help structure new workflows that bridge creativity and technology. Youre fluent in code and adept at integrating LLMs into creative processes. Your work is light fast and collaborativedesigned to test ideas validate value and scale what works. Youre a flexible design-aware builder who thrives in experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly prototype tools plugins and interfaces to test creative ideas and workflows.
- Collaborate with designers copywriters and technologists to bring concepts into working proof-of-concepts.
- Build modular reusable code that can scale if experiments are successful.
- Integrate LLMs into creative workflows leveraging APIs and fine-tuning models for specific tasks.
- Stay current on APIs frameworks and emerging creative development trends (e.g. WebGL Figma plugins AI APIs).
- Develop lightweight internal tools or workflows to support creative efficiency.
- Debug test and document experimental builds for further development.
Required Skills:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript is essential for integrating LLMs and developing creative tools.
- LLM Integration: Experience with LLMs including prompt engineering fine-tuning and deploying models using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers.
- Frameworks and Tools: Familiarity with TensorFlow PyTorch and other machine learning libraries.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Design Awareness: Understanding of design principles to ensure seamless integration of technology and creativity.
