Job Description
Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for analyzing financial data preparing reports and providing insights to support informed decision-making for our SEA business team. It involves monitoring financial performance forecasting future trends and collaborating with various departments to optimize business strategies.
What will you do:
- Produce and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
- Provide real-time insights on business performance challenges and growth opportunities to senior management and regional stakeholders.
- Support local and regional teams by coordinating sales tasks and handling incoming requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth business operations.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a financial analysis role within the finance or BPO industry.
- Proven ability to generate and interpret business reports across different regions.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing business strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel Word and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and business analytics is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate analytical findings clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
