What youll be doing
Atturra Business Applications team is a dedicated group of payroll system consultants providing the highest level of customer service through responsive personalised and effective HR and Payroll support for clients withemployees. This exciting opportunity could be based out of Canberra Sydney Melbourne or Brisbane.
Provide a variety of system support services across multiple client projects system configuration customization payroll process optimization training upgrades integrations etc.
Demonstrate strong Aurion system knowledge and the ability to manage complex problems.
Engage will all levels of stakeholders demonstrating effective communication and the ability to deliver the highest quality of consulting solutions and support.
Identify opportunities for system improvements that would enhance how our clients work and optimize system performance.
Effectively contribute to the team by meeting billable targets engaging in regular team updates and upskilling your knowledge to help form a deeper knowledge base across the team.
Have a thorough understanding of payroll industry standards updates and changes to help anticipate clients business and system needs.
What will make you successful in this role
Proven experience with the Aurion payroll system as Systems Administrator
Strong payroll industry knowledge end-to-end payroll processing STP EBAs etc.
Can work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail
High level of accuracy and communication both written and verbal.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
