Job Description
Position Overview:
As aService BDC (Business Development Center) Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers assisting with scheduling service appointments answering inquiries and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls emails and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments to optimize shop capacity.
- Follow up with customers regarding service reminders satisfaction surveys and service updates.
- Maintain accurate customer information and detailed notes within our CRM system.
- Proactively reach out to customers for service promotions recalls and recommended maintenance.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly performance targets for service appointments and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a call center customer service or automotive service environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM systems Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
