Job Description

We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers sellers and investors in the area. Were looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.

GOALS: Create/Convert/Close 20 approved buyers working at all times 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers average 5 homes shown before writing an offer.

  • Communicate with clients and potential clients
  • Schedule showing appointments
  • Attend showings
  • Provide prompt showing feedback
  • Attending home inspections pre-closing walkthroughs and closings
  • The team lead would handle drafting contracts and handling negotiations to take the sale through the closing
  • To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification.
