Schedule: Mornings Mid-day Evenings (5 days a week) including Weekends
Join a dynamic service-focused team at Goodstone Inn where excellence and teamwork define the guest experience. As the first point of contact youll provide warm professional service from reservation to check-out ensuring every guest feels valued.
- Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle reservations and phone inquiries efficiently
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with exceptional service
- Operate hotel systems (Maestro Aloha) and follow procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information
- Support concierge services and coordinate guest experiences
- 1 year in hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Detail-oriented proactive and team-focused
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Must be 18 and fluent in English
