Job Description

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Principal Purpose of Position:

  • Assisting the Remarketing Sales Managers in winning new business; including obtaining new contract signings and growing existing books of businesss volume.

  • Act as point of contact to assist customers with 3rd Party Remarketing Portal questions and standard remarketing processes

  • Develop and execute on a plan for growing and maintaining book of business.

  • Support the remarketing team with sales calls product demonstrations and industry events

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our 3rd Party Remarketing customers.

  • Advocate on behalf of your portfolio of customers within Remarketing and other teams within the Holman organization.

  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status and results of their remarketing inventory. Work with the appropriate groups internally and externally to resolve problems as they may arise.

  • Collaborate with outside vendors to ensure timely execution of all 3rd Party Remarketing activities.

  • Ability to explain complex remarking concepts to customers in simplified terms.

  • Working with customer and internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to systems integration DMV issues or custom processes.

  • Must be able to build relationships and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.

  • Responsible for monitoring KPIs and developing reporting for clients upon request. Must be able to analyze and compile data and present on that data to clients.

  • Travel may be as needed to support client base.

  • Professional presence and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external management including executive leadership; in-person and remotely.

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • IARA CAR Certification is a plus

  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Project Visio SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 2-4 years experience.

  • Prior remarketing and customer service experience is a must.

  • Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department

  • Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends patterns anomalies and other helpful information.

  • Reviewing and improving analytics processes methods and tools to increase efficiency accuracy and security

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $67670.00 - $98125.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
