What Youll Do:
- Tend to Plants with Expertise: the full cultivation cycle including planting watering pruning and harvesting ensuring optimal plant health and yield.
- Maintain a Pristine Environment: Independently manage grow spaces monitoring environmental conditions (light humidity temperature) and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Track and Report Progress: Keep detailed records of cultivation activities and plant performance using our systems to ensure consistency and quality.
- Operate Equipment Solo: Manage and maintain cultivation tools and systems from irrigation setups to lighting with minimal supervision.

What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years in horticulture agriculture or a related field (formal education a plus but not required).
- Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable working alone managing time effectively Open Communication.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for plant health and environmental conditions to ensure top-quality results.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with cultivation software or basic record-keeping tools is a plus.
