About the Role
WBCP Inc. seeks a professional service-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support and grow our sales outreach to public sector agencies nonprofit organizations and niche private companies. This is a part-time (10-20 hours/week) remote or in-person position with the potential to evolve into a full-time sales role for the right candidate. The BDR will focus primarily on appointment setting and lead generation acting as a key liaison between prospective clients and WBCPs executive leadership. Leveraging tools such as ZoomInfo for lead sourcing and HubSpot CRM for tracking and outreach this role demands a high level of organization follow-through and communication skills. As part of a mission-aligned and collaborative team the BDR will contribute to WBCPs strategic growth by identifying opportunities initiating contact with public private and nonprofit sector leaders and representing the firms values and capabilities with professionalism. This is a unique opportunity for a sales-minded individual with a consultative approach to make meaningful impact.
