Content Moderator (German Market)
Location: Lisbon (Porto Salvo) Portugal On-site
Start Date: 26 June 2025
Role Overview
Were hiring a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our growing team in Lisbon! Youll review user-generated content for compliance with community standards and help maintain a safe online environment.
Key Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 22:00 (rotative shifts)
- Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
- Work model: On-site
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1100 gross/month x 14 months (15400 annually)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 380/month
- Welcome Bonus: 3000 gross (for all new hires in B&M onsite projects German market until end of July)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
- Transport Allowance: Not provided
- Relocation Housing: Shared accommodation provided as part of the relocation package
Relocation Support
For those relocating from outside Portugal:
- Hotel Accommodation: 28 days upon arrival
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 after 180 days of contract (Economy Class)
For those relocating from within Portugal:
- Hotel Accommodation: 15 days upon arrival
- Travel Cost Reimbursement: Up to 150 after 180 days of contract (Economy Class)
