We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home School Teacher to provide personalized instruction to a student or small group of students in a home-based setting. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging daily lessons across core subjects (e.g. Math English Science History) and electives as needed

Create and adapt lesson plans based on the students academic level learning style and progress

Assess student performance through tests assignments and projects

Maintain detailed records of attendance grades and academic progress

Encourage critical thinking creativity and a love of learning

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student development

Integrate educational technology and hands-on activities

Ensure a structured yet flexible learning environment

Stay updated on educational best practices and local/state homeschooling regulations
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Education or related field (Masters preferred)

Valid teaching certification (preferred but not always required)

Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience

Strong knowledge of curriculum development and individualized instruction

Excellent communication organizational and time-management skills
