Job Description
We are looking for aBusiness Managerto run ourRexel Norwich Branch taking ownership of the day-to-day operation driving exceptional customer service to ensure repeat sales and provide training & coaching across the teamto ensure service level targets are consistently achieved and the team are developed and supported.
Ideally you will have previous management experience within an electrical wholesale environment - although we will consider candidates from other industries have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to keep increase and drive branch sales to ensure daily/weekly targets are exceeded.

- Proven experience in commercially managing a business unit or branch within an electrical wholesale / trade environment is preferable
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while leading your team with a positive growth mindset.
- A natural change champion capable of embracing change and new technologies and guiding your team through the transition.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a cross-functional team to achieve target performance.
