Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Oversee end-to-end PO lifecyclefrom initiation to closureincluding creation approval communication with suppliers and receipt reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of POs into the system maintain PO tracking tools and resolve discrepancies between POs invoices and receipts.
  • Ensure vendor and spend data accuracy perform ongoing PO-related spend analysis and support financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Facilitate effective supplier communication to manage purchase order expectations shipments and delivery schedules. Coordinate with Inventory Control and Transportation Teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Partner with team members to ensure compliance with applicable import/export regulations third-party logistics (3PL) processes and internal inventory management policies.
  • Track goods from purchase through delivery and ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards. Support the phase-in/phase-out product lifecycle through controlled PO and inventory management.
  • Support the development and implementation of purchasing and PO management policies to enhance workflow reduce costs and increase operational efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements in procurement logistics and inventory systems aligned with business growth strategies.

KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

  • Accurate monthly inventory reconciliations purchase orders and invoices vs receipt
  • Fluid inventory in the field and 3PL warehouses without shortages and/or backorders
  • Timely and cost-effective ordering replenishing and delivery of products
  • Ensure all product is compliant regulatory and customs brokers both domestic and international
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for logistics procurement lead times cost replenishment models and Product Quality.
  • SMART goals as agreed with Manager


QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Logistics Business Finance or related field
Minimum 3 years in purchasing and/or inventory control logistics or accounting required
