The Manufacturing & Automation Engineering Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for a team of engineers and line support technicians within our Chaska Reagent Operations site manufactures highly technical consumables that are essential to patient diagnosis and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics products and this role is crucial to delivering high-quality solutions for our customers. At Beckman Coulter our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare one diagnosis at a time.
As an Engineering Manager you will be responsible for developing installing supporting and improving multiple semiautomated and automated equipment processes and drive projects that improve the overall equipment operational performance in areas such as Preventative Maintenance effectiveness reject reduction maximized output and reduced downtime. You will also be responsible for leading new equipment introduction and recommending automated solutions designed to optimize the flow and performance of our manufacturing processes.
This position is part of the Reagent Operations management team in Chaska MN and will be an onsite role. You will be a part of the operations and plant management team and report to the Director of Reagent Operations. The salary range for this role is $130k-$150k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
