Role Description:
Youll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage large-scale Public Safety IT projects.
- Identify and mitigate project issues and risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Create and manage SDLC/PMI-aligned documentation.
- Conduct meetings prepare agendas and status reports.
- Provide executive-level communication and reporting.
- Propose strategies to improve cost-efficiency and performance.
Minimum Qualifications:- 7 years of Project Management experience with complex projects.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- PMI-PMP certification (must be current).
- Strong experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project Excel Word.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid experience with SDLC and project documentation practices.
- Must be available to work MondayFriday 8 AM 4 PM onsite.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint.
- Experience working within local state or federal government.
- Prior exposure to public safety systems.
- Able to pass a Baltimore County Police Department background check.
Youll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelors Degree in related field is required.
