Job Description
Note:This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Irvine CA office.

Job Description
- Assist attorneys in preparing organizing and maintaining legal documents for workers compensation cases.
- Manage and update case files ensuring accuracy in records and compliance with deadlines.
- Communicate with clients medical providers and insurance companies to gather required documentation.
- Schedule appointments hearings and depositions ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Draft and prepare correspondence pleadings and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
- File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Previous experience as a legal assistant
- At least 1 year of experience on the applicant side in workers compensation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and professionals.
