ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering Cybersecurity Solutions Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with Full Scope polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Systems Engineer or Senior Level Program Integrator with Scheduling Experience.

Responsibilities:

Analyzes users requirements concept of operations documents and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. Guides users in formulating requirements advises alternative approaches and conducts feasibility studies. Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements design and technology. Incorporates new plans designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops technical documentation. Develops system Architecture and system design documentation. Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems issues or conflicts. Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Communicates with other program personnel government overseers and senior executives.

• Must have Expertise with MS Project experience creating integrated master schedules across diverse projects/organizations.
• Excellent communications skills as will be dealing with a lot of POCs across multiple organizations.

• TS/SCI with FS Poly.

To Qualify as a SE3:

• Bachelors degree in System Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Twenty (20) years experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Bachelor s degree in System Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.

To Qualify as a PI3:

• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management contract management and/or financial management and a Bach lor s Degree with a business or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree Project Management Institute PMP certification Contract Manager CPCM certification or DAWIALevelIII in any focus area and an additional three (3) years of directly relatedexperiencefor a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted. Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieuof certification an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables slicers and pivot charts.

Many factors can influence final salary including but not limited to relevant prior work experience specific skills and competencies education and certifications. Final salary can also be influenced by a positions geographic location Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is:$120k- $195k
