Job Overview
This role supports T-Mobiles Compensation teams by assisting with the development implementation and administration of compensation policies programs analyses and tools. The role provides technical and analytical support through compensation systems configuration and reporting. It also serves as a liaison between Compensation HR and Technology teams to ensure smooth compensation operations and enhance system-driven processes.

** The preferred location is Overland Park KS but we will also consider Bellevue WA. This is also a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office). **

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job documentation compensation systems/tools data preparation report generation and system configuration activities ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • May set up new jobs and job descriptions generating compensation statements creating data loads and reporting supporting market pricing activities and salary survey participation performing routine audits and ensuring data hygiene across various systems and/or performing incentive compensation operational activities.
  • Assist with operation and process improvement activities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery.
  • Design and maintain compensation-related reports using Workday supporting compliance compensation programs and audit efforts.
  • Provide project management support for compensation projects and business driven enterprise or incentive compensation initiatives.
  • Create and maintain process documentation workflows and project plans to support department operations and projects. May also maintain job documentation tools and compensation documentation repositories.
  • Also responsible for other duties or projects as specified by business management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in HR Communications Business IT or related field preferred
  • Experience in Workday HCM Core a plus: ability to validate proficiency in configuring and navigating Workday to support core HR and compensation processes
  • Experience in Workday Advanced Compensation a plus: ability to indicate expertise in managing complex compensation structures and planning cycles within Workday
  • Experience in Workday Reporting a plus: ability to develop actionable compensation analytics using advanced Workday reporting tools
  • 2-4 years experience in HR (Comp experience preferred)
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
  • Experience conducting data analytics to draw conclusions and develop recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning

Base Pay Range: $62700 - $113200

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year.
