F5 is seeking a visionary and systems-oriented Senior Director of Employee Experience to lead the strategy design and delivery of integrated seamless technologies that support every phase of the employee journey. This pivotal role is responsible for orchestrating the digital and operational infrastructure that powers how our people experience work from talent acquisition and onboarding to core HR payroll benefits Finance (including Procure-to-Pay Supply Chain Management Revenue Management and more) Legal and beyond.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in HR systems particularly Workday and robust knowledge of enterprise platforms like Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) with a focus on modules such as Supply Chain Management (SMC) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS). You will possess strong operational acumen and a passion for creating connected frictionless experiences across People Finance and Legal functions. This role is critical in aligning our digital tools and processes with our values culture and growth goals ensuring an exceptional employee experience across all touch-points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end employee experience strategy ensuring all systems and touchpoints reflect a seamless modern and people-first experience.
  • Lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives across People (HR) Finance Procurement and Legal Technology to streamline and digitize employee-facing operations and enterprise workflows.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday Oracle EBS and other critical HR Finance and Legal technology platforms to enable scalability compliance and personalization.
  • Drive innovation in HR and Enterprise operations incorporating fintech solutions intelligent automation and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition DEI IT and Total Rewards teams to build culture engagement and belonging into every step of the employee journey.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of program managers technologists and experience designers focused on enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact user-friendly tools that improve the day-to-day experience for employees and managers across all supported functions.
  • Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms to continuously measure and improve employee experience outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 years in HR or operational leadership roles with a strong focus on employee experience enterprise systems integration and digital transformation.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday (and similar HRIS platforms) is essential.
  • Extensive expertise in ERP systems particularly Oracle EBS including hands-on experience with modules like Supply Chain Management (SMC) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).
  • Proven success in leading complex enterprise-wide technology or experience transformation initiatives involving People Finance and Legal systems.
  • Strategic thinker with strong systems thinking program leadership and change management skills in a global context.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively across business People (HR) Finance and Legal functions in a large matrixed environment.
  • Strong executive presence communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business HR Technology or a related field.

The annual base pay for this position is: $239854.00 - $359782.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience geographic locations and market conditions as well as to reflect F5s differing products industries and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
