Position Summary:
The Clinical Customer Service Representative enhances service excellence at Johns Hopkins Hospital by serving as a central point of contact and communication for patients families visitors and healthcare team members in patient care units. The Clinical Customer Service Representative also provides a broad spectrum of customer support services to medical nursing and administrative staff by performing various unit-specific activities to meet unit department and institutional needs.
Shift - Night shift every weekend 7:00 pm - 7:30 am) 24 hours per week.
Education/Work Experience:
HS Diploma or equivalent one year of college credit preferred.
Minimum of six months experience in healthcare or office setting.
Strong customer service experience in a high volume work setting (i.e. call center guest services reception etc. preferred.)

Salary Range: Minimum17.28per hour - Maximum20.06per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
