Global Programme Lead
Job Summary:
Programme Leaders are visible and influential leaders directing talented teams to deliver exceptional service and financial performance that aligns with client assignment requirements. They ensure programme understanding scoping and timely on-budget execution to meet client expectations. Accountable for all strategic and operational program deliverables including securing client approvals.
Working alongside the Client the Global Program Lead proactively supports the Divestiture Programme through data gathering and reporting service procurement Real Estate transition financial management occupancy trends and support the exiting entity while maintain continuity of service to the client.
Develop with the client a plan to carry out a due diligence exercise on the exiting organisation validating headcount Space Optimisation Location and Operational nuances and the finances by building/country/region.
The Global Programme Lead will be the strategic advisor to the client. They will be empowered to work alongside the client to develop a plan for the exiting organisation ensuring risk mitigation to both organisations operationally and financially
The portfolio spans across the 4 Regions 37 Countries 50 properties with a total of 1.5m.
Develop Strategic Growth Plans
Develop and execute the overarching programme for the retained organisation
Develop and execute the overarching programme for the divestiture of the exiting organisation
Identify strategies and communicate opportunities to enhance the programme
Where possible promote JLL as the option for continuity of service to the exiting organisation
Work with JLL Solutions development to build a new operating model in line with the new organisations operating model
Work hand in hand with the regional leads both on the account and in the clients organisation to ensure a seamless transition
Working with the Real Estate team identify opportunities to divest parts of the portfolio ensuring all stranded costs are well documented and avoided where possible

Experience & Qualifications
Commercial real estate portfolio management at senior level Minimum of 10 year experience or account management of a similar sized portfolio.
Active member of a relevant industry professional organization.
Development of business contacts leading to new business opportunities.
Education in Real Estate Business Administration Accounting Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
