Job Description
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Experience with tracking monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables.
- Experience with application of processes to ensure data currency validity and relevance.
- Experience maintaining library of PMO documents building a repository of project templates for both technical and management to support the Project Managers.
- Experience supporting project program and portfolio-level business process analysis mapping improvements reporting market research and internal outreach and communications.
- Experience translating business processes into workflows and dashboards.
- Experience updating and keeping current organizational IT lifecycle documentation and supporting materials pertaining to both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies - engage in defining developing and keeping current engineering (SDLC) and architecture artifacts and standard; providing oversight of Enterprise SDLC reviews including change management to ensure compliance with standards and required guidance.
Required minimum skills and knowledge:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field

- Journeyman Level:
- Bachelors degree 4 years of experience OR Masters degree 2 years of experience
- Compensation: $73200 - $114375

- Senior Level:
- Bachelors degree 6 years of experience OR Masters degree 4 years of experience OR PhD degree 2 years of experience
- Compensation: $97400 - $152225
- Expert Level:
- Bachelors degree 8 years of experience OR Masters degree 6 years of experience OR PhD degree 4 years of experience
- Compensation: $129700 - $202675

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contract-specific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
