Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and experience in information technology electronic technology systems or other related areas. An associate degree or bachelors degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience.
Academic degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher learning.
Additional Requirements:- Flexibility to work extra hours or outside normal working hours
- Ability to be on an on-call rotation to be reached 24/7
- Ability to lift hardware up to 40 pounds
- Some overnight travel may be required

- Training: Solution Technicians will participate in a training program to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to successfully perform their job.
- Hours: Work hours are 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Monday Friday (37.5 hours per week).
- Telework schedule: This position may be eligible to work remotely up to two days per week.
