This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a process-driven environment and has direct experience coordinating with advisors clients and insurance carriers to ensure the smooth and timely processing of policies.
Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate with financial advisors to gather complete client information for insurance case submissions
Design life insurance cases based on client goals underwriting guidelines and carrier offerings
Prepare and review applications to ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with carrier requirements
Serve as liaison between advisors and insurance carriers throughout the submission and underwriting process
Track all submitted and pending cases follow up on outstanding requirements and maintain organized records
Communicate status updates proactively and resolve submission issues or bottlenecks to keep processes moving efficiently
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in life insurance case design and submission
Familiarity with underwriting processes and carrier portals
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems spreadsheets and digital document tools
