Seeking Reliable Caregivers with Experience in Hospital or Skilled Nursing Environments to join our growing team!
We are currently conducting interviews remotely through Zoom for your convenience.

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers with experience in hospital or skilled nursing environments to join our growing team. This position involves providing care and support to multiple clients with scheduled check-ins ranging from 15 minutes to 2 hour per visit. Your role will be essential in helping clients maintain their safety comfort and well-being in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform wellness checks on multiple clients according to schedule (15 min 2 hr visits)
- Assist with daily living activities including medication reminders hygiene support mobility assistance and companionship
- Document visit notes and report to main office at the end of each shift.
- Communicate effectively with clients families and admin staff
- Follow care plans and ensure a safe clean environment
Qualifications:
- Required: 1 years of experience in a hospital skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting
- Ability to manage multiple clients across scheduled visits
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and must be able to pass a background screening.
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- CNA or HHA certification a plus but not required
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible scheduling: weekday weekend and Day shift evening shifts and overnight shifts available
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
