Job Description

Though there are numerous solar companies in Colorado few have the influence we do which reaches beyond residential roofs to large commercial projects Solar Microgrids Group Buying Solar Co-Ops Agrivoltaic innovations EV Charging Stations Heat Pumps and more! What we do in solar is so far beyond just residential roofs that it means there is more to what we have in our warehouse. To get an idea of the scope of some of our solar projects check out Add a full Electrical department and an HVAC department and it will give you an idea of the importance of having a well-run and efficient warehouse.
We have an immediate opening for a Summer Warehouse Intern who will:
- Receive orders and move materials to and from storage.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory tools safety equipment and office supplies.
- Schedule and oversee regular vehicle maintenance.
- Operate a forklift and drive a flatbed truck as needed for transportation of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and office space.
- Maintain garbage and recycling.
- Potential opportunity to do some ordering and learn about solar and electrical construction.
Requirements for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED with some college.
- Age 21 (Required to drive our vehicles).
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a flatbed F250/F350 with a trailer.
- Forklift operation (we will provide training and certification)
- Skid steer operation (we will provide training)
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail communication skills self-motivation multi-tasking skills and collaboration skills.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.

Pay for this position is $20-$22/hr
Part time (25hrs/week) to Full time (40hrs/week)
