To assure air quality throughout the Hospital and the community health center. Establishes maintains and assures that all areas are safe and in compliance. Provide maintenance and repair to the Hospitals HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides and assures air quality throughout the Hospital including quarterly airflow reports proper air exchanges room pressurization status particulate levels & safe levels of CO2 CO & Volatile Organic compounds.
2. Establishes troubleshoots & develops action plan to provide maintenance/repair service to the hospitals building & its HVAC systems by utilizing technical interpersonal critical thinking skills to assure continuous & effective patient care services.
3. Provides services and upgrades to the hospitals building management system & controls. Develops improvement plans for energy conservation from managed systems. Knowledge of DDC & pneumatic control systems.
4. Establishes contact and coordination of outside contractors to provide system improvement upgrades & building services at a cost-effective rate to the Hospital.
5. Schedules establishes and conducts testing balancing & training on HVAC systems & equipment.
6. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: HS GRAD/EQUIVALENT

Minimum Experience: five years
Desired: Low voltage electrical license schooling in air quality Reliable Building Management System experience. S-1 License preferred.
Working Conditions:
Manual: significant manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity
Occupational: Some occupational risk
Physical Effort: Medium to Heavy effort. May exert up to 35 lbs. force
Physical Environment: Some exposure to dirt odors noise human waste etc.
