Job Description

THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this crucial role you will manage and coordinate facility patient abuse and patient rights complaint investigations. Work involves receiving allegations and complaints analyzing facts and assigning to the appropriate staff to investigate. This position coordinates facility-wide Quality Assurance activities as related to patient abuse investigations grievances and database development to represent results. You will have the opportunity to coordinate the facilitys interdisciplinary Root Cause Analysis Failure Mode and Effect Analysis teams to include monitoring and facilitating completion of identified corrective actions.
