Join our team as a Senior Quality Engineer (QE) supporting our Advanced Technologies (AT) Air Effectors and Space (AES) Business Area in Tucson AZ. In this role youll drive a robust quality culture practices and collaboration efforts. Your focus will be implementing strategic quality enhancements across multiple Advanced Air Warfare Systems (AAWS) contracts.
Reporting to the AES AAWS Quality Manager this role shall be responsible for delivering Quality Assurance in line with the Quality Management System and Quality Policy across the several programs within the Advanced Air Warfare Systems (AAWS) business. As the primary quality interface for customers and suppliers youll ensure the program meets all Quality & Mission Assurance requirements. This includes coordinating with functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and overseeing contracts through all Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) phases from design to production and sustainment.
You shall monitor quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives working closely with integrated teams to enforce process rigor transition to production activities you will conduct Production Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) First Article Inspection and Quality Control Plan efforts and play a key role in Material Review Board (MRB) Change Control Board (CCB) and Risk Review Board (RRB). Working as part of the QA Team conducting day to day Quality Assurance activities whilst engaging with key stakeholders across the organization.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
