Job Highlights
- Salary: $25-$40 per hour (negotiable based on experience).

Were looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our growing team in the lighting and home improvement industry. As we expand both our e-commerce and B2B presence youll play a critical role in building the CRM system that connects our sales customer service and marketing operations.
What Youll Do:
- Develop customer segmentation sales pipelines and automation workflows
- Collaborate with sales e-commerce and operations to optimize client touchpoints
- Drive CRM adoption across teams and provide training
- Analyze customer behavior and generate actionable reports
What Were Looking For:
- 3 years in CRM ideally in home improvement/building materials
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Salesforce Zoho or similar
- Strong data mindset and project management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
- Bilingual (English Mandarin) preferred
