Job Description
Position Summary:The Business Analyst reports to the Director Information Technology and is responsible for the custom integration and automation within Meriplex platforms. Must be able to work collaboratively within our current design parameters for scalability. This role bridges the gap between our clients business objectives and our RPA solutions. The Business Analyst identifies analyzes and documents business processes gathers requirements and designs RPA solutions that address our clients needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with project managers and project stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements that align with strategic goals and objectives.
- Create comprehensive documentation including process flows business requirements functional specifications and test plans.
- Participate in the development and testing of RPA solutions ensuring they meet the defined business requirements and quality standards.
- Provide support during the implementation phase including user acceptance testing training and post-implementation support.
- Perform internal unit testing and test plan development.
- Develop automation solutions to ensure company systems run efficiently.
- Gather project requirements from necessary personnel.
- Execute RPA development to elevate process efficiency.
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Behaviors:
- Experience with Salesforce and RPA Tools such as Microsoft Power Automate.
- Superior written communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to breakdown complex processes into simpler terms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
- Ability to manage projects and infrastructure keeping all focused on departmental goals and objectives.
- Ability to lead and influence others through collaborative efforts.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Understand departmental budgets.
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems(MIS) Computer Science or related IT field preferred.
- Experience with the following languages/tools preferred: Microsoft .Net Framework C# Python SQL Blazor REST API RPA Power Automate.

- N/A
Physical Demands:
Sedentary Work Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally a negligible amount of force frequently and/or constantly having to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
