The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about patient care and ensuring individuals receive the support they need to navigate their healthcare journey Join our team as a Diagnostic Testing Patient Care Representative (PCR) where you will play a vital role in helping patients get screened for sleep apnea. Youll be the key connection between patients referral sources and independent diagnostic testing facilities ensuring clear communication and coordination every step of the way. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact by supporting patients through a critical part of their care with compassion clarity and dedication.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between patients referral sources and IDTFs to ensure diagnostic orders are processed and followed through accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate and track diagnostic testing orders ensuring timely communication of results from IDTFs to the referral sources.
• Support patients through the diagnostic testing journey answering questions and providing clarity and reassurance throughout the process.
• Handle inbound phone calls to support the Sleep Customer Service Team with professionalism and empathy.
• Respond to customer service emails in a timely accurate and supportive manner.
• Collaborate with the PAP and Resupply teams on tasks that contribute to a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry related to diagnostic orders and patient interactions.
• Identify and address any potential issues or delays in the diagnostic workflow escalating as needed.
• Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws regulations and policies.
• Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance.
• Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.

• Experience in a healthcare administrative or customer service setting preferred.
• Comfortable using technology including EMR systems email platforms and patient portals.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year experience in a customer service related field
