Job Description
- Collaborate with Reconstruction Project Managers to understand project objectives scope and
- Develop daily project plans including work methods equipment selection and resource
- Determine safety measures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and
- Supervise a team of subcontractors and/or field staff assigning tasks and
- Monitor work progress and productivity ensuring deadlines are
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Producing schedules and monitoring attendance of crews.
- Ensuring proper documentation on projects which include daily/weekly notes progress photos and other requirements of the given project.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and report them to the Project
- Maintain clear and open communication with the project team including subcontractors and
- Provide regular progress reports to the Project Coordinator and Project
- Ensure that reconstruction work meets quality standards and specifications
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction systems and techniques
- Strong knowledge of office technology especially Microsoft.
- Knowledgeable about file management transcription and other administrative procedures.
- Strong critical thinking problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to analyze and prioritize.
- Flexibility and willingness to perform duties as requested.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
