Overview

Job role: Quality Assurance Assessor

Salary: % performance bonus

Working location: Hybrid Role (WFH & Milton Keynes Office)

Employment type: Full time Permanent

Job summary:

NHBC is on a mission to raise standards in house building and were looking for a Quality Assurance Assessor to help drive real improvements in how we support homeowners. Youll be reviewing claims cases and calls spotting trends and working closely with colleagues to raise quality across the Claims team. If youre passionate about great service love detail and enjoy helping others develop this is your chance to make a real impact in the journey to better more consistent customer outcomes.

What youll be doing

  • Reviewing live and historic claims cases and calls to assess quality and consistency
  • Giving direct feedback and coaching to colleagues to help them continuously improve
  • Working on QA projects and sharing insights with the wider team
  • Collaborating with Trainers and Team Leaders to identify and address skill gaps
  • Tracking and logging quality reviews in our QA system
  • Supporting training delivery and helping new joiners with onboarding QA checks

What were looking for

  • Previous experience in claims handling complaints or quality assurance
  • Great communicator someone whos confident giving feedback and coaching others
  • Detail-driven with strong organisation skills and a positive proactive attitude
  • Comfortable using Excel and working with data to spot patterns or issues
  • Someone whos adaptable collaborative and committed to delivering top-tier service
  • Bonus if youve used QA tools or systems before
