The Bridge is a progressive not-for-profit organisation delivering services to people with disability and from disadvantaged backgrounds throughout the south-eastern and northern Melbourne community. About You:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager Client Experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client experience ensuring that our clients and their carers receive the highest level of service and support. This role requires strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of client-centred practices and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience
  • Oversee client relations to ensure timely and effective communication with clients
  • Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels implementing improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client interactions
  • Analyse data on client interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with business units to ensure a consistent and positive experience

Essential Selection Criteria:

  • Post-graduate extensive management/leadership/marketing experience in customer or client experience preferably in health community services or other service-driven sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping strategy and quality frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cultural and operational change.
  • A people-first mindset with a commitment to diversity inclusion and service excellence.

Desirable:

  • Degree in business administration marketing communications or a related field.
  • Executive experience in the human services sector.
